The home made bridge set was constructed mostly out of wood and cardboard. It was originally built in an empty section of our large finished basement for a school project for my oldest son in 1988. One thing led to another and I kept adding to it over the winter months until before I knew it I had built a semi full scale mock up of the entire classic Enterprise bridge. The following spring my oldest sons 9th birthday was coming up and he wanted to know if his friends that were coming over for his party who most were also Trek fans, though they knew TNG better as that was on TV at the time hence the TNG uniforms you see, would be able to also “play” on the bridge set. If this was truly filmed in 1989, just imagine all the money that was spent on the set and costumes. A whole bunch of kids went hungry so that other kids could have an awesome video for the future. Great way to spend money. Cheers.
