  10. Gene Roddenberry was a gift to the human race. Everything else in this video is fucking true. All over YouTube butthurt assholes fought to keep that piece of shit Enterprise on the air, and then bash the best film in the entire franchise since Star Trek II as being “dumb.” I grew up on this series, watched every TOS and TNG episode, all the movies, even read some non-cannon books. This film is the perfect treatment of a timeless franchise that had become extremely stale.

  12. @WashingMachine0 I agree Enterprise was HORRIDLY BORING!!!! It was the first series I had seen I had hated it but then I started watching older series and began to love it!! They did a great thing with this movie.

  13. @vegancamelsteaks Doctor Who villians are both good and bad but most are better than this film’s was though. It was a good one and trekkies need to stop getting pissed off about how new and action packed it was.

    besided the film was well receiveed by critics(which is a rare thing for summer films)it has an 8.2/10 on imdb and a 94% on rotton tomatoes

  20. Why is everyone getting so mad about this? It’s the Onion; what were you expecting? Extremely broad and usually unfunny ‘jokes’ aimed at ridiculously easy targets is what they do on a good day. Being upset at a group that makes SNL look like brilliant satire is pointless.
